Contribuiți la feedbackThis is a fantastic neighboring bar with a large number of regular who like the relaxed atmosphere. everyone is pleasant, the bartenders are excellent, and there is a cup club. the wings have a lot of oomphe. in addition, the terrace is beautiful. I am very pleased that I came across this place.
They have deals displayed on their menu and street sign. They said they didn 't have them anymore and charged my boyfriend and I 3x the expected price. An employee yelled inappropriately at another employee while taking our order, left, and came back after a few minutes. They charged us, and then made us wait 45 minutes to get our food. They told us it would take a while because they only had 2 employees. While waiting, I literally saw 6 different employees in there, mostly going in and out of the bathroom, walking around in circles around the restaurant, or messing with each other. My boyfriend tried to go in and get a refund after 30 minutes of waiting but they locked the door and wouldn 't let him come in to get one. Right before they brought the food out, we could see the employee that yelled at the other laughing and taking pictures of our food. He also laughed as he handed us the food and said Sorry about the wait. We ordered Impossible burgers because I 'm vegan. After taking a few bites, I realized it didn 't taste quite right. After looking up a side by side comparison of a regular whooper and Impossible Whooper, it was obvious that they had given me meat instead, explaining the employees laughing and taking pictures. I now feel extremely nauseous and have cried a lot over it. It is so heartless that the employee tricked me into going against my morals and also eat food that my body cannot digest. It was also a huge waste of money for food that I couldn 't even eat, and after nearly an hour of waiting, and $20 wasted, I had to come back home and make dinner anyway. On top of all of that I 'm now sick and feel horrible. I will never come here again, and I urge you not to either, especially if you 're vegan, vegetarian, or allergic to beef.
I was in your drive thru for 25 minutes waiting on a online order I had placed. When I finally received the order. I was missing a sandwich, fries were cold. Only thing that wasn't disappointing was the ice cream. It's remarkable how I place an online order. Takes me 15 minutes to get to the store and then another 25 in line and couldn't put a simple sandwich in the bag.
Head manager treats her employees like children. I see one woman getting orders out, stocking and making every customer happy. But that doesnt seem to be in the head manager's agenda. She lets her employees speak however they like to the customers. It used to be pleasant. Now that pleasantry is gone. Except for one employee who does her best reguardless of whats going on around her.
The manager/cook sucks. The nice lady at the window should take his job. She has to deal with all the customer service issues while he gets to sit in the back and do nothing. I sat in the drive thru with a line of cars for 15 mins. I noticed nobody was moving so I walked around the building and knocked on the window and asked if they were open. They were but they didn't know they had a line of cars. If it wasn't for the nice lady at the window I would have left. By far worst BK I have ever been to. Not to mention I had to wait an additional 15 mins because they had no food prepared.
