Boston Market - Lawrence

Tonight i went in to get dinner for my family with my infant daughter in tow. All of your staff was very friendly and kind. I was particularly taken back when a gentelman employee offered to help me carry my food and drinks to my car for me. He waited patiently as i put the baby in the car and told me to take my time. This act of kindness brightened my whole day. Employees like this are hard to come by. Thank you for wonderful service!

I am so appalled by the comments here! I ordered our dinner here probably about a month ago, our food was great. We got two family meals. I did place my order online picked it up for 815 I believe it was. The store was closed I must have been the last customer. I showed up, no one answered the phone while falling, I drove through the drive thru just ended up running in real quick. My food was sitting on the counter ready to go! I got home everything was correct. Our food was delicious

I order Boston Market every Thurs. a great place food is good with prices.My thoughts go out to the staff especially Mike Samantha TU for always being so caring!! Would def reconmmend 5*

Not sure what happened here. Perhaps no one wants to work with half a brain more in the food industry (and which could give them the debt), but today's experience was a joke. No one welcomed us, although no other customers were in charge and four people behind the counter. then someone comes up and rests his poor on the tellers with whom he wants to serve us. the prices have risen significantly since the last time I am here, which is expected again with these times. but what is not expected is the clear decline of quality. the mac and the cheese were watery and not cooked enough, the meat leaf was blanching and the grain was dry and tasteless. even if I got a “big” order of meat-leaf, I can only imagine how pathetic the little order is. it is a real grief, as I have often come here when I lived closer to a reliable and delicious meal. we will see how long this load with this type of quality remains open.

I love bm, but this place needs only an urgent help. boxes marked holding frozen just stacked everywhere cover dusty and the help juggling like crazy to help the excess of customers what is boston market do time to wake up and take care of their business it looks like a convicted business
