Restaurant Basha - Laval

The guy prepared my food without gloves (touched my pita with his bare hand) and then touched the cash register as if it’s nothing, then turned around and prepared food for the next customer. ? That’s beyond unsanitary. Never coming back! ?

The worst Basha I have ever been to!The big lady with black hair that serves there is extremely rude.She thought that I don’t speak or understand Arabic.Caught her talking disrespectfully about customers in Arabic and making fun of them.And saw her also saying to her colleague to not put too much food on my order.This was my first and last time there.

To the server who assisted me... it was rude and inappropriate when you interrupted me while I was placing my order to speak to your colleagues in the back. Additionally, not acknowledging all customers with a greeting or thank you is unacceptable in the restaurant industry. My recent experience at Basha, a fast-food establishment I used to enjoy, has shown a decline in basic standards and customer service. It seems that some locations lack common courtesy, such as the one on Blvd Cure-Labelle in Laval where I had to wait for the cashier to finish a personal phone call. The quality of the food has also diminished at many Basha locations, with few exceptions such as the one near metro Montmorency. I will no longer be patronizing Basha due to these issues.
