I ordered 30 wings and little fries. the flower cheese and celery is ala carte to total $7.00 then if we get all the way to home, blouskäse is missing. the last time they happened, I just went without. but this time I went back for it, and when I went to her, they said, "It's only blue, what's the big thing?" what about the job?
I just wanted to say one big thanks to frau linda james, she is real friendliness and bluntness to time, in which I had to face the reality, which brought me forward. I invested $5000 and got $46,700 in a week. I wish I knew from the beginning of them. I'm still grateful!
The workers Dekevis and Taveon were DENYING food service to a paying customer! Please reconsider their employment to this establishment!
Ordered online ahead of time. Came in and had to wait on three people from a different group of people that walked in because they (the patrons) were being rude and impatient. My food sat on the shelf the entire time while I waited for THEIR food to be done so they didn’t complain when I got mine. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online. It said 13-18 minutes and I waited about 40 because they didn’t want to hear them complain. I also had to go back in to ask for my drinks, and then remind the FOH personnel what my drinks were three times. The food is good but the location and professionalism is underneath the barrel.
I ordered my food and waited 30 minutes, only to be told that they couldn't provide change for a $100 bill. I had to leave without my meal. They also don't accept Apple Pay. To make matters worse, the manager was quite rude about the situation. Instead of addressing the issue herself, she instructed an employee to just say no to me.
