The Capital Grille - Las Vegas

We were there for a business dinner. had great table at the window and great service and eat. mike was great!

The service and eating were excellent. I ate at five different places and they were all great.

We meet regularly steakhouses around the valley. there are many great but capital grille is in the very top set: steakhouses that get everything right. her double-armed manhattan is the best manhattan. her prosciutto wrapped mozzarella is a wonderful appetizer. Top wedge and cesarsalate. had the best steak of my life when I ordered a wagyu ny strip, but her regular ny strip is almost so good. the cocosnus cake for dessert is just the right flats of rich and light. and if they want a healthy desert, their berries and cream is a rare tasty bite. and all this with a beautiful view on the strips. I know it's in a shopping center. I know it's a chain. they can find another place in the same plane, but they will not beat it.

Brought some business associates to dinner while attending a convention nearby. We had a great table by the window. Our wait staff was excellent with great timing. The food, drinks and wine were exceptional. Great job by all. Thank you !
