Panera Bread - Las Vegas

As a delivery driver is my time valuable, but these people do not think that clearly. they wanted to ask for an order, and they said they don't need a problem for a few minutes. I go back to the counter to ask for a eta 15 minutes later, just to say that my order had been given away 15 minutes ago, how are they serious?! thank you for wasting my time and a great order.

Things are declining at Panera. This is a leadership fail, not just management. Out of Mexican Street corn soup ... ok, it happens. Paid $19.77 for lunch and I get to look at this. Showed it to a Manager and told her brown lettuce is unattractive , she responded I understand . Nothing else. Disappointing. She is not being supported by her team nor her Senior leadership. This is a Brand and Leader fail. Obvious efforts to evolve the menu. Customer experience is suffering. The Accuracy Matters is insuffient, if the quality and presentation are wanting.

This place is decent and almost always are friendly, the food however needs improvement , my family is a fan of it the chicken salad sandwich with grapes and almonds and it's always different, this last time we got a lettuce sandwich and the chicken was barely visible ! The time before it wasn't mixed properly and had a ton of mayo ! Hope it improves

LP from Saturday, 8/6. My pops wanted a tuna sandwich so we ended up at Panera bread. It's been awhile since I've visited this spot even though it was right down the street from my apartment complex in DT San Jose. In any case, I ordered him a 1/2 tuna sandwich, got myself a 1/2 chipotle chicken avocado melt and a bowl of french onion soup. They offered a dessert for just .99 and since it was such a good deal I couldn't say no. Opted for a blueberry scone and a bear claw. The sandwiches were yummy. The soup would've been great, but it was lukewarm and in all honesty I was too lazy to get up and ask them to heat it up. But it was really tasty so I just sucked it up or should I say spooned it down : Minus 1 star as the blueberry scone was really dry and did not have much flavor, it seemed like it was a day old pastry. The bear claw wasn't much better. It was also dry, and I did not care at all for the almond paste/filling. The staff was super friendly and that's always a plus for me. All in all, I would definitely be back for the sandwiches and soup, but would probably skip the pastries.

This rating is for the store and the food but not the young staff . Being an always Panera and being relatively new to this area i have to say , not really clean enough and food not great. Maybe because i feel the panera is dirty in itself so i kept on coming back and when a friend visited she suggested we go there and afterwards said, that's the worst panera. Again the young people that work there are so nice ! Management should clean it.
