Great Harvest Bread - Las Vegas

Veggie Baja Sandwich, without cheese, is good and cheap. I enjoyed the fresh honey whole wheat bread before I realized it was made with honey. Apparently all their all-year breads are sweetened with honey. Clean bread can be preordered vegan. During my visit there were no soups. None of the desserts was vegan. The food at this restaurant is consistently tasty and freshly baked. The staff are also very friendly.

Used to love this place, they had a brownie bread that was great. Then they started saying “oh no, that bread is only on Wednesdays.” Then in I’d go back on Wednesday and they’d say, “actually we’ll have it next month.” Stopped by the following month, “Umm, that’s a winter bread.” Lemme guess what will happen if I try again in winter. If you don’t want to make it, just say so and don’t waste my time. Found another location that is really reliable and lists what days they have each bread. It’s a long drive, but at least the time spent is worth it. Too bad. This place used to be my go to.

I had a craving for real homemade white bread. When I was getting ice cream the other day I saw this place. So today I went. I knew I was going to get a Loaf of white bread. It came pre-sliced and today the bread looked like the crust was really brown and done. I asked for a lighter loaf just because I prefer lighter bread I don't like dark crust. They had one that was only marginally lighter to offer me. I will say the bread is really dance and delicious with butter. They also offer a specialty breads each day and today they had cinnamon chip Apple burst-So of course I had to get that loaf as well. It was so sticky and sweet and cinnamony appley delicious in such a good way. And I also could not resist a frosted sugar cookie it looked like the cookies from the mall I grew up with from a shop called Brad's Cookie Nook. The cookie was really good and I would normally pair sugar cookie with buttercream frosting but this had cream cheese frosting which I would not have thought to put on a sugar cookie but was definitely amazing and I for sure, if for no other reason will go back for a cookie but I'm sure I'll get the bread too because the bread is fabulous as well. I Will mention that my cookie was packaged in such a way that the wrapper stuck to the frosting and took a good portion of it with it when I peeled it off the cookie.

It just seems like if you’re gonna stop serving people because you close in 12 minutes... you should close at that time, not in 12 minutes lol.
