Tommy Mel's Heron City Las Rozas

Nice place, great menu. Gabriela, Miriam and Mario were very helpful and gentle. We had the Italian salad and the quinoa salad as starter and two Bacon Burger for main course. The sundae as desert was also very good.

I had not been back since the pandemic started. I went there eith friends after dinner to get some shakes and dessert. The service was poor. No one cake to take our order and after a while, we had to call the waiter for service. The demeanor was not professional and we didn’t feel welcomed at all. It used to be a good place to go. Also, personally I don’t like the decor. It used to be a very nice environment with that air of old times. Now, it looks like a container from inside. Really sorry for what it has become.

Also the quality is the same of American fast food, very very poor! Forget any Spanish traditional food, any! The quality is poor, the service is poor, the price is too high compared to other restaurant where you can eat some interesting food.

A few days ago on the return of the holidays I went to the new place that have been opened and I loved is the widest of the chain, with wide windows and tables placed at two heights, it has capacity for many people and personal as always super friendly, but if I go back to the burgers of tommy mel is for so burgers that I have not tried one that have not dripped me and already its huge chicken chips accompanied

It reminds me a lot of the movie, the food was very good and the whole bunch of flops was scandalous.
