Firehouse Subs Independence Plaza

I visited this place as a mysterious first time shopper, all about this visit was only controversial. Staff had no expertise, such as disappointing.

The New York steamer ordered, it was delicious and everything was fresh. No other place comes close.

I just bought a sandwich and it was full of hair, not a single hair, but bundled hair inside. It was disgusting. A hair I can understand, but hair bundles are simply inevitable and careless.

Today I placed a group order over the phone because the app said the earliest pickup time was at 8pm although I was trying to place an immediate order at 2 pm. Felix picks up the phone and flawlessly takes my group order of 4 subs and and chips. Felix, if you’re reading this, 100/10 man!! Loved the way he took my order over the phone regardless of my app issues, very nice and attentive. Patient and charming charisma. And then when I picked up the order he made my day completely. Jokes compliments and all! Hoping firehouse pays you NICEEE man! Keep up the great work and I hope I made your day too!
