The Soupermarket - Lakewood

I always think it's fun to wonder whether or not what I order is what I'll eventually receive. The Souper Market in Lakewood has a fun history of substituting items in orders placed through Uber Eats without any kind of heads up that they've done so and, most recently, with a complete indifference as to whether or not what they've substituted might be something I'm allergic to. They just charged me the full amount for my order and went about their day. What do they care? Their customers don't matter. They just have orders to fill. If you don't have something that I ordered, just nix that part of my order. Don't charge me for it. Don't try to get a substitute in under the radar and hope I won't notice. Giving me something I'm allergic to isn't a good faith gesture it's a shoulder shrug and a lazy attempt at customer service. This is one of many times this has happened and I don't plan on ordering from Souper Market again.

They didn’t put any green apples on both of my green apple salads. No pecans very little cucumber and for 3$. Extra charge you get an extremely little amount of chicken Very disappointing. You’re better off going to Dave’s soupermarket in kamms corner. This would never happen.

Tried out The SouperMarket for lunch today. Greek salad was excellent and shredded chicken was great with it. Big portion size and fair price, service was great, guys that were working today were very friendly and polite. I'll definitely be back.

I could live on soups theirs would make it sooo easy. Never disappointed. Did not care for the grilled cheese at all. Couldn 't taste the butter and the bread was 'tough '. I 'll try an asparagus salad next time!
