Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lakewood

Wow, I never had a load that's so rude. they have opened up late today, but no efforts have been made to tell the people waiting outside, they would be half an hour or later at the opening. if something they laughed at me, instead of telling me they're breaking up late. I go to make a mobile order later, and my rice was so heavily understated. I didn't make my whole bowl edible. if I couldn't give you a star, I would. the rudeness of the staff and the **** quality of the eating made this chipotle the worst. I recommend taking the extra time to literally drive any other chipotle.

Showed up at 9:25 when the location advertises open till 10pm and the doors were already locked with people inside. Pretty disappointed. The previous time I came they were out of rice and thinking they would have rice this time and be open sense it shows open???

I have loved Chipotle forever. Unfortunately, the past three times coming to this location have been awful. The barbacoa has been just huge, tough chunks like not cooked down nearly enough. Last time they didn’t have pico or pinto beans (super basic staple items) and the guac was brown af. I’m disappointed enough to waste my time writing this stupid review. I suggest people go to Illegal Pete’s instead.

This chipotle was 15/10 every time I was here. the staff are all super and very friendly. I drive out of my way to get to this special location due to its engagement for customer service and its excellent.

Customer service was horrible from the person in the cash register to the manager in the back office! I will never come back to this location just due to the manager and the person on the register!!!! People cooking and making the food we're great until you get to pay even the older lady in front of me had trouble because they didn't know how to charge her correctly smh! The Manager who's working now September 3 3:25 pm is rude as well as cashier people like this make me want to go spend my money somewhere else!
