Great ice cream, lots of flavors. Not a lot of seating inside and there 1 or 2 tables outside.Parking: It's a huge parking lot in a large shopping plaza.

I visited Cold Stone Creamery and found the ice cream enjoyable, but the associate's rude and unhelpful attitude left me frustrated. When I asked a simple question about ordering two flavors in a small size, I was met with dismissiveness and unhelpful responses. As a result, I won't be returning.

They only have 10 flavors of ice cream. No hot fudge, no bananas, no waffle bowls or cones and it was MY fault that I asked for them. Everytime I asked for a different topping her response was a huff, a sigh, and shaking her head no. They couldn't complete ANY of the items listed on the menu board on the wall. All the items in the freezer were VERY old (crystallized ice cream, broken boxes) absolutely deplorable.

3rd time driving to this location and they were closed again. Change your hours to 7 instead of 9.
