Go for the food and the bar is pretty nice! We went to dinner to try out the food and hired them for my sister's celebration of life! Everyone, 150 guests, said they enjoyed the food. Friendly and reliable, during a difficult time they came through(in less than a week! .

This is a great place for dinner. The Mexican food is delicious. But I must tell you about the wait staff. They have always been kind in caring in attentive every time I go there. Last time I went my wallet fell out of my pants without my knowledge. Whenthey found it they did everything humanly possible to return to me. I called and asked if I dropped it and they were quick tosay yes. From the bartender to the servers to the busboys nicest people you ever want to talk to. Oh and I forget to tell yougreat food

Great date night for under $60 including tip AND we both had a margarita!! Service was awesome and everyone was on it! The food was tasty but the margaritas were great! Will definitely be back to try the Monday special!

I?ve been going to La Palapas since I was a youngster. It has always been my go to Mexican restaurant. If you haven?t had their garlic shrimp burrito it?s a must eat. It?s not on the menu but you can order it. My family and myself have celebrated manybirthdays and celebrations there.
