When I was on the line, I let the cashier know what I had seen. she looked at me seriously (as if she didn't like what I said) and then the fly with her hand cleaned away. they didn't let the manager know they weren't removed either. if I had been an undercover client of the Department for Health, what would have happened? You don't know that flying bacteria wear? for me as a client, what happened yesterday was completely unacceptable and disrespectful, and I say it so that it does not happen to me or to another client.
Before I start my review, I don't love panera any problems and that's always on the point. but today was not eating. my wife and I ordered you two suppe and sandwich. we both ordered chicken noodles and chipotle chicken avocado sandwich, we both ordered the same. we have thickened and once I sat down on the tasty eating I ordered to refine, I noticed that the meat was missing in both sandwiches and the suppe was mostly brewed with a piece of chicken in my suppe, the suppe of my wife was all broth with a few pieces of carrot. I thought maybe there are some kind of lack ofhuh I was not aware, so I went to picking up counter to ask if there is a kind of bad of women with curly blonde jacks haare and a blue hemd, I did not have their names. their answer to me was that all meat portions are weighted and there is no possibility to see what is in the suppe when it portion. I reacted well our sandwich and suppe had little to no meat, and I got this for one because and never saw the part of the meat so missing and completely lacked in the suppe. she reacted again to the fact that everything was divided and did not offer any kind of determination. I'm disappointed with this customer service because I was friendly, discreet and not mad. her answer should have been: “Hey, I am so sorry that I can see what I can do to fix this.” I could have got a manager, but I think that could make a bigger impression on missing places.
Ored training tonight, watching advertising in the television lately from the menu and thought the suppe looked so good. the big mistake, the ten sweet soup had hardly ten pieces in it all broth. show at least half a close image on their menu. the 2 stars are for the sandwiches that were in order. will not be dinner or dinner again. campbells suppe is better
Was there on a Sunday morning. the load was clean and tidy. atmosphere was comfortable with background music on a good volume. baked and brot looked good. from dark red coffee. when the observance of the narrator came up, it didn't seem as if it was in a hurry to make more. had the hazelnut that was drinkable. would come back with fingering crossed on the coffee
Was given the last of there salad mix in the entire store which was completely rotten. They layered it in dressing as if that was to make it acceptable. As an employee there making the salad, how can you look at the soggy salad leaf peppered with black spots and slime, and think it’s okay to serve this? And not even ask if yourself if you’d eat that?
