Panda Express - Lakeland

My go to for Chinese food! A great value for the money. Consistent portions n flavor! I only wish they would open a location store in Plant City, Fl! I have to drive 30 mins to eat here when I want Chinese food!

I walked in at 10:55 (They open at 10:30), they have NO fried rice, NO lo mein, and at least 7 missing entrees. She says the guy who cooks didn't show up for work. As I'm leaving, I see a guy slowly walking across the parking lot with a Panda shirt. She points out that he's th3 cook. He couldn't have walked any slower and clearly was not concerned at all that he was late. Ridiculous and disappointing! I mean why even open the doors to a Chinese food establishment if you don't have the basics?

Very disappointed!! Went here tonight to pick up food, paid extra for the Angus steak and what I got was vegetables with no meat! $32 I spent and had barely enough food for 1 person. The chow mein was all vegetables as well. Won’t be back. And that’s a shame since this was a place we frequent enjoyed.

Usually a line here but it moves relatively fast. It’s a popular location so they are constantly cooking and replenishing the dishes. Food is always good. And workers are young, quick, and kind.

I came in to this location and waited for over 10 minutes and was never greeted, At this point the line had gotten larger and there was 4 or 5 people behind me. Finally somebody came over to help I thought and this lady picked somebody that was in the middle of the line and started people in the front of the line was just completely ignored. This was the worst customer service I have seen in any fast food restaurant I would recommend staying away
