Contribuiți la feedbackI want to share a special and wonderful team at this location. For all their outstanding efforts I asked for the Manager one day. Turns out he took my order!! Jay prepared it too! I wanted to let him what a great job everyone was doing and that it was my favourite out of all I had visited. Special mention goes out to : Chris, Hugensia, Douglas,, Nick, Bree, Briana, Cathy, Megan, Angee and the rest of the crew.
This is a new location and I can?t even complain if I wanted to. I went for a smoothie and food and the service was so welcoming so I asked her name so I could leave a review, her name was Sara. I was informed she was a new worker but her energy made it seem like she was a timeless person and whatever position she was in, she could handle it like a pro. Bathrooms ?allegedly closed?and have been for the past two years. A grimy feeling inside the shop. Staff indifferent. Not wearing gloves when fixing smoothies. Staff guy with a nasty beard touching his face and then touching the cup disgusting and gross. Horrendous product. Watery Rejevenator.
At 1252 hours I made an online order of two items for pickup. The estimate time of being ready was 1302 hours. I walked in at 1300 hours and there was two ahead of me. I then let them know I was waiting for my online pickup order. Literally about 7 people walked in and ordered their food. I stood there and stood there while all 7 people got their food. Once there was no line the manager looks at me and asks if I?m waiting on something. I gave them my name where he realizes my food was sitting behind the counter this whole time. I received my food at 1330 hours. This store lacks organization and needs more employees as they cannot seem to handle a few orders. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the food was pretty good. The food is good but their customer service is terrible. Apparently this has also been mentioned in previous reviews.
Came to this location as usual after a bad day at work, usually people who works in costumer service, when they see people coming in the make them feel welcomed to their store. This young lady today, didn?t even say welcome or any other greeting. I said you should say ?hello? so she did. The key to a successful business is employees that can have that spark to make those customer go back. At the time of giving me my drink, she didn?t even say thank you for coming or nothing just handled my drink fast and turn around didn?t even reply back to my thank you. I believe in opportunities for our young generation, but our young generation should take this a little bit more serious, they are the future of our society and of this country. Really upset about this?
