Jonathan is an excellent employee who made my visit to this Dunkin' Donuts exceptional. I was disappointed that the French cruller was no longer available, but Jonathan's knowledge of the menu and his fantastic recommendations for new donuts helped make up for it.
This is my third visit to this restaurant location. Once again, I was given the wrong order today and the staff blamed me for supposedly picking up the wrong one that was handed to me. It seems like my order is never ready or mysteriously disappears. The staff avoids making eye contact and lacks customer service skills. They didn't even inquire about my order after I waited for 15 minutes. Very disappointing experience.
The food was not fresh, the coffee was spoiled, giving me a stomach ache, and the person at the drive-thru window was extremely impolite.
I visited the restaurant via the drive-thru and there was no wait. I ordered 2 hash browns but when I got home, I found them to be ice cold, as if they had been taken out of the fridge and left to thaw. I was surprised by this as there were no other customers inside or in the drive-thru, so the lack of business was not an issue. It was disappointing because this location was usually my go-to Dunkin'.
