I decided to give it another try today and unfortunately, the person working there did not offer a satisfactory response. When I requested soft buns, he simply said "I'll see what I can do." I recommend going to George's in Chicago instead, as they have better quality and service. It's better to support small businesses with owners who prioritize quality over money.
Food is good. Service is fast. Love that they have soft serve ice cream.

The food at this restaurant is quite good, with fresh vegetables. However, please note that they only accept cash payments.
The food was served cold, straight from the refrigerator. How can you mess up a beef sandwich? Disappointing.
