Burger King - Lake of the Pines

Mixed up my order but what can you expect for the minimum wage

This Burger King is a delight! The place is clean, workers are polite and attentive, and the drive-thru moves quicklyIf you are passing through and see this before you see McDonald's do not pass up Burger king! The McDonald's across the street will have you wait 20 minutes to order, another 20 to get your food which will be really bad and something missing

Pretty good and when they screw up, they make it right ASAP. Admittedly, my bar is pretty low after patronizing the McDonald’s down the street. At least BK cooks their chicken!

Bill deserves to win employee of the year at the Burger King in Auburn, NY, and a couple of the other managers there are good. Bill is the best. When he is there, the place runs like a well-oiled machine. However, when he's not there the place is bedlam. Employees are very rude and disrespectful. They don't greet you and openly ignore you when you speak to them. Their tray that catches food is often full and getting cold yet with many employees standing around doing nothing. It's not that they're short-staffed as much as some people work there and others stand around. It's not okay to ignore customers when the wait is 30 minutes+.

I do too know his name but the guy who has pink finger nails, can stop slamming people's foods on the counter and stop being pissy, if he has a problem he should go home, was there last night doordashing and there 3 different times, everytime you could just see the attitude in him and mouthing things, it was super slow there as well to get food out to everyone, he literally was the only one, everyone else was super friendly and nice
