Steak 'n Shake - Lake Norman of Iredell

This place went there is the first time last week and dined in

Took my son for his B-Day with friends, they had a ball.

For this location you have to scan your drink ticket to get a refill. Kinda of outrageous but if that keeps the thefts away then fine.

Firstly, the value was decent for the food. Everything was just completely drenched in grease in terms of onion rings and fries but everything was hot and really good.THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!! Jeff is the sweetest most helpful gentleman I have had the pleasure to meet. It is not every day you see someone checking tables cleaning spills and wasn't yelling at poor underpaid staff to do anything. He was a pleasure to be around and we are looking forward to returning.

I stopped in to get something at Steak ‘n Shake, and shows it over chipotle mainly to get in and get out.It was not a pleasant experience.Fries were cold, person at the window had a completely dead energy. Wanted to charge me for barbecue sauce and then handed me the bag and pretended he didn’t hear my request for ketchup.Took a lot longer than usual and just a whole attitude and experience was ridiculous. And a cheeseburger, cold fries, and a milkshake with $13.Even though this is not horribly ridiculous, it is by far over price for the product and service and I would advise to pick another location if you’re hungry right now!Parking: The biggest reason I’m giving this place a reasonably high score is because the burger was really good and a good portion and there was plenty of parking for a truck and work trailer.
