London Bridge Resort - Lake Havasu

The hospitality staff was rude. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were amazing. The restaurant and bar staff didn't care much about your meal. The servers did not help each other out, but the bus staff worked very hard. It was OK to serve cold food and improperly made drinks. Don't forget to check some kind of LIMIT on your room. Because that allows the restaurant staff to add at least 100$ to your bill!Rooms: Rooms were nice. The information did say full kitchen, but there are no ovens. They are replacing furniture. I hope they are replacing the beds because my back is killing me. Forget foam pillows.

I enjoyed the room and location. We just had a issue with the aircondition and they took care of it.

Rooms are spacially nice but dang I can hear everything in the halls and neighboring rooms while in the bedroom. Not an ideal place to have all that noise.All else seemed to be spot on!

I love this resort. Staff is kind, compassionate and amazing. They treat you like family. Rooms are clean. Activities for kids are great if you choose to go with family. Also close to everything
