I got the birria tacos and it was straight grease even the consume was just a cup of grease. Very poor quality. I would not eat here again. After even just trying to get through one grease taco made me sick for days afterwards.Food: 1/5

Coming from San Diego and having some of the best Quesabirrias around, I was SO excited to eat some good birria. The reviews were good, so we stopped here on our trip to Olympia. Man, I was so disappointed when I took my first bite and had nothing but greasy cheese in my mouth. I turned to look at my husband and the first thing he said about his California burrito was, this is all cheese. I opened the piece up and you can basically see the few pieces of birria. It was like those commercials with the old ladies... WHERE 'S THE BEEF?! The second slice was exactly the same. For $13, this was nuts. The third slice had more birria, but by then, I had already dissected the first two and was starting to get grossed out. TBH, the amount of grease from the cheese was just bad. Let 's talk about the birria itself. Let 's say this was great birria, I at least got two slices with great birria! But it wasn 't. It was flavorless and a little on the tough side. Maybe I 'm biased because I 've had amazing birria, both beef and goat. And maybe for people who don 't know what birria taste like, this stuff is amazing! But if you know the familiar smell of slow cooked birria, you know mediocre when you taste it. I hate to write bad reviews, but after spending $40 bucks here, I need to say my peace. The good: They were quick after we ordered (they did not acknowledge or speak to us for a good 5 minutes while we stood waiting for them), they were friendly and the seating area was clean. That 's pretty much it. For as much as I wanted to love this place, because I 'm from California and wanted to support them, but I will definitely not be going back.

Had the carne asada burrito, chicken taco plate and guacamole. Everything tasted great and had good sized portions. The service was fast and as friendly as you can get at a food truck. They have 5 trucks in the Lacey/Olympia area. Look them up, the menu has way more options then I've ever seen at a taco truck. Enjoy!Food: 5/5
