Broken Yolk Cafe - La Verne

I will start eating is good, but that is where it ends up its customer service needs great improvement. hostess and even manager have an attitude as if I were happy that I will even be left in there to eat there. I also tried a $700 cattering order and was told as long as I place them a week ahead, they will not have a problem with taking care of it. I went to place my order, was said that a manager would call me back on the following day, they called me 3 days later and said sadly that we can't fulfill their order we can't really catering do. I was like they don't make catering when it's on their menu. then the manager tried to apologise to me that we are here in the restaurant and have no time for the buried. then why even offer if they cannot handle the volume in their restaurant. that left me at 3 days before my event to find another breakfast place. their employees and management really need to work on how they talk to people and do not provide services that they cannot fulfill.

What a wonderful surprise! first the place way is bigger than from outside. the food was excellent and the service was even better. our server lacie has made a fantastic job and worked in fine restaurants in the younger days, I am very critical when it comes to service. I had the **** Mary flight and my wife had the mimosa flight. both were funny and very good. about eating. I recommend the golden state eggs benedict. it was soou good. my wife had the nutella crepes w/ strawberry and bananas she said was also very delicious. all in all, a great Sunday brunch. we will definitely be back!

The food was decent. I asked for my sandwich not to be toasted and they did anyways. Server was slow and terrible, but fast to give me the bill! ? The worst part was the coffee. For being a breakfast joint, would expect the coffee to be great... ?? Coffee is watered down. I can make better coffee at home! ????

Nice little diner but wish it was open later in the day. Ranchero bowl was very tasty and I'll return for that. Outdoor seating is limited to 2 small plastic tables

I love this place absolutely. I'm going here in the week with my family and there's always something that works from everyone. their crepes are delicious, so are their pancakes. the load is very clean and the staff is friendly. I 100% recommend this place!
