Contribuiți la feedbackVisited 18.11.21 as a family. What a disappointment. We usually visit first night of our holiday but due to Covid restrictions spaces were limited we hadn’t booked. We booked a corner table, outside for the following evening. When we arrived we were told we were 40 minutes late were going to be given another 5 minutes before the table was going to be re-allocated. We were not late, if anything, 5 minutes early. ‘Our’ table was occupied by a group of young ladies who were receiving a lot of attention from the guy who shows people to the tables. I fully understand that menus change but this time, in my opinion, for the worse. We ordered bread to nibble before our mains. The bread was cold and a little on the dry side, it is usually served warm. Occasionally we have had a mouche bouche, which was always welcoming. My husband had his table knife taken swiftly away from him when it was still in use for the mojo sauce with his bread! The main I chose was the best out of the four of us, which was a calamar burrito. It was edible but unexciting. Another person chose the Angus entrecôte which was very fatty. She asked for chips. They arrived were given to the other two people who had ordered fried goat. Fried goat! More like fried bones. It looked like vultures had picked all of the meat from it. Inadequate cutlery was provided, a steak knife would of been preferable to enable what little meat there was to be scraped away. Favourites of our family used to be hanging kebab with jacket potatoe, conejo salmorejo (a Canarian rabbit stew) and chopped up chicken in a garlic sauce, all of which are no longer on the menu. Total price €90.60. Coke €2.60 , beer€3.50, bottle of house rose €14.90, burrito €13.80, €16.50 for each goat, €16.80 steak and bread €1.50 each. We did not feel the service was up to standard. Afterwards two of the family were still hungry and went for take-away pizzas. Unfortunately, after many years of visiting it’s now off our list.
What can I say?! This restaurant was absolutely amazing and the food out of this world. We started with smoked cheese on toasted bread-absolutely delicious. The pork sirloin was so tender with the caramelised onions béarnaise sauce complimenting each other perfectly. My husband had the fillet steak, he never says more than ‘OK’ but this time the words ‘very very good’ appeared. The desserts were fantastic too, lemon sorbet that tasted like a non alcoholic mojito and the special of banana cream with dulce de leche and crushed biscuits. The waitress brought 2 spoons as she knew I would be itching to sneak a spoonful! The service was second to none and we were made to feel so welcome. Highly recommended Thank you
Staff are brilliant, friendly and food is amazing, really amazing. We went for the tapas and it was superb!!!!! WOW what a menu. Atmosphere is great and in the midst of the pandemic, the staff are considerate and strict on social distancing etc.
Lugar perfecto para comer o comer. excelente ceviche corvina en sabor y elaboración. El delicioso guiso de cabra también. abundantes platos a precios razonables. pedimos varias raciones y todo muy bueno.
Todo muy bueno y correcto, precio de calidad, muy atento y amable, buena comida y calidad ... pero siempre puede mejorar !!! recomendado !!!
