Cruisers Gourmet Subs - La Jolla

This is a beautiful restaurant with absolutely delicious and fresh healthy food. We had the vegan kale salad, which I still can't stop thinking about—those cashew chicks were amazing! The staff was very accommodating, especially with our baby. Thank you for the warm service and great food!

On behalf of all our employees, we absolutely love this place! Kathy and her entire team are incredibly friendly and make fantastic sandwiches. We typically get at least 2 out of 4 or 5 different sandwiches each day. I am particularly obsessed with the Italian sandwich, but I've tried everything, and they all have their own charm. The Carnitas and chicken salad are also excellent choices. We highly recommend sending our guests here every day; they will not be disappointed. Don't forget to check out their new daily specials—you can't go wrong with $5 Italian Wednesdays! As for company events, we've used Cruiser in the past for catering during our tours, and they were not only right on time, but the sandwiches were just the right amount of food for everyone. Everyone loved them! We will definitely use them again.

I absolutely love this restaurant! My wife and I recently dined here for lunch and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, the menu was extensive, the artwork was impressive, and of course, the sandwiches were delicious. I tried the Carnitas Toastie, and it was fantastic—made with large slices of bread and high-quality ingredients. We're definitely planning to become regulars. If you're in the village of La Jolla, this is the place to visit!

Had an amazing Cuban pressed sub here. Super friendly service too! It's pretty new (a month old as of writing this review) so it doesn't have a lot reviews yet, but with this tasty food and service, I'd expect many more 5 star reviews to come! Great!

Delicious. Highly Recommend. Had a Cuban toastie sandwich and a Pacifico. Great drink and food selection. Place is clean and the staff is friendly the owner was there and was very friendly and helpful, gave us a little run through of the menu. Nice to have a a family owned and operated business in the neighborhood.
