Battlefields Country Lodge Sports Resort

The place is under new management and has completely changed matching an international standard.the upgrades are exceptional and can host any event.the environment on it own just relaxes yr mind.its got that homely feeling and affordable.

It is such a beautiful peaceful place Highly recommend it!

Absolutely horrendous treatment from the security guards at the entrance. We were denied entrance for no good reason. Asked whether we're going to reception or the Cafe, we said Cafe and then he asked why we had a camera, we told him after we were done we would try and photograph some of the wildlife from the cafe. He started yelling that it wasn't allowed, he then yelled at us to turn the car around and leave. When trying to photograph animals from the PUBLIC road, he came after us. Went on a p … – show

Great place to visit the Battlefields from. Good breakfast and dinner. There are ostriches, impala and springboks in the grounds. Rooms have all you need.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Terrible WiFi in the rooms, rooms are in need of maintenance, TV audio is poor, no cutlery despite having a kitchen, only instant coffee (Ricoffy in rooms), no fruit or vegetables on offer for breakfast
