An excellent restaurant with a long tradition. The seasonal menus are not extensive, but everything on offer is of exceptional quality and very locally sourced. Personally, what I like most about this restaurant is that they don't go for a fine dining approach, targeting only wealthy guests from Ljubljana and Italy, but that they have kept the homeliness, the simple friendliness and that they offer top quality dishes at reasonable prices. I highly, highly recommend it!

The food is solid, looks good aesthetically, but nothing special for such high prices. The gnocchi melted in my mouth, which delighted me, but the meat and dressing were nothing special to delight in the taste. The ambience is average, the staff is cold, which is usual in such restaurants and which for me is not an invitation to come again‍
