Hasdeo Inn - Kotma

Experience was very very bad. On exit on 15.6.22 morning after 2 days stay the manager behaved roudely charged 1000 extra only because the pillo cover towel became dirty. Ultimately i paid it leave hotel. My experience was very bad. I shall never visit again. Hetel management should review behavour of the manager

If you are visiting this place, kindly keep your own towel, bedsheet, pillow cover and cutlery also, else get ready to wash what you use. I mean the hotel is unique, the hotel staff feels like they provide the bedsheet made out of golden silk, are bhai akele tumhara he hotel nahi hai is Sansaar me, one of the most foolish concept i have seen, if you make sheets dirty, then u have to pay for it, or purchase it or clean it, they argue you , while none of their sheets and towels are spotless like they claim. I think next they will make guest wash their cutlery after you eat on their plates. Among hundreds of hotels i have seen this behaviour here only. Like its the only hotel in the whole universe. Its just because the city don't have many options in Hotels. 2 kaudi ki harkat aapki haisiyat or Asaliyat sabit karti hai.

Very bad experience. The bed sheets and pillow covers had hair on them and were very dirty that orange and black spots were clearly visible. Similarly, in the bathroom a dirty curtain was hanging without any need just to spread more filth there. No hot water in the sink tap. Too expensive with such a bad management. They think we should charge more just like other hotels in others cities, but they don't even try to know what others provide at this tariff. Restaurant is good but food was tasteless. Overall very very very bad experience. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

One of the worst and overpriced hotel. Just because people don't have any other options. They overcharge everything manager behaviour is very rude. He looks like a goon and has goon staffs ready to harm you in case you complaint about price or service.

Room service is very bad ,they didn't provide normal water too , .... Wrost hotel in whole India, if you have any option don't stay here
