We stumbled upon this restaurant in Sector 1 of Salt Lake and decided to give it a try. The restaurant has a unique airplane theme, with chairs designed like flight seats and guests receiving a boarding pass before dining. The menu offers a variety of cuisines including Indian, Chinese, Italian, and South Indian. We opted for the Chinese options and particularly enjoyed the American-style maize pepper salt and the haka noodles. The dumplings made with broccoli and corn were decent, but not remarkable, while the kung pao vegetables were excellent. Despite being too full to try the fried ice cream, we plan to return as it is a specialty of the chef and sounds very unique. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant.
