Incompetent to say the least. I ordered from the Subway app. They had no roast beef. So my order was missing a sandwich. That's fine but refund it. When I called for said refund I was told to call Door Dash because they delivered it. I called Door Dash and they told me what I already knew, the order was placed thru Subway. Subway had the card info and other info on the order. When I tried to call back about this I was hung up on. Nice customer service.
Wait time was not good.They kept having to say I will be right with you after a extended wait time.Ordered 2 6 inch club sandewhiches.Hadnt had subway in a while now I know why but dont remember for the price I payed that there was hardly any meat just bun and lettuce.Very disappointed.
As with most place's these days Subway was training new people, but I'm amazed at how well this store (on N 931 or Reed Rd) manages to find such good spirited people. No, they aren't perfect. Being new mistakes will be made, we all know this, but these folks are usually still able to joke kid around with you of course apologize for messing up. A rare quality to find in today's world. Owning one's mistake being ok with it, then move on. I know you're all saying it's just a sandwich shop, but honestly you have to start somewhere. These sandwich shops are paying good money.As always my bread was fresh, all my meat veggies were great the cheese was wonderful. Perfect sandwich, because he made it just like I told him, too!
This location was out of some of the stuff we wanted sweet tea, tomato basil wraps )So I definitely didn't get everything I paid for. A couple of the staff were clueless to what I was ordering, they could have been new !? Sadly there's a good chance I will not be going back to that location.
