Coffee Junkiez - Kokomo

Every time my boyfriend and I go to Kokomo to see his family, we stop by this location on our way back to Indy. I always make a joke that no matter what I order it will just taste like hot almond milk or vanilla. Tonight and the previous time, I ordered a hot chocolate but wanted it made with almond milk instead of regular milk because I have a dairy intolerance. Both times they have given me just a hot cup of almond milk, zero chocolate. Tonight it was barely warm, if it wasn’t 10:00 pm I would have gone back to ask for a remake. It’s the most ridiculous situation. I wanted a beverage so I decided to go ahead and drink it. However, why would I pay for a hot cup of almond milk? If the chocolate sauce they use has dairy, tell me and I’ll order something else, don’t just hand me hot milk.

The food is great and I LOVE the Diet Coke here! The only reason I gave them a 4 is because The food is a little pricey and they have a habit of mixing up drink delivery orders when it’s more than a couple. But the staff is always friendly and willing to fix it!

The girl at the window apologized for the wait, said they were very short staffed. I told her I understood.

I don't know what happened to her drive through the service. They used to be great. you eat is great, but they are slow, just to get a drink in the driveway. I am very disappointed with the change of service.
