Big Bite - Kleppestoe

A friend of mine told me that he did not receive napkins with his order here with you. This simply does not add up and I am completely shocked to have received such disturbing information. hey and hello!

Terrible service! After three customer visits, I just have to comment that the two people who work there during the day do not possess a hint of customer service. Two of the times they have just looked away at the queue without dispatching anyone and rather struck up a conversation with acquaintances. You are never met with a single smile and the answers you get are insanely sarcastic and derogatory. Dear BigBite, you are losing good customers by having such people behind the till. I'm not going to use a pay break on this again.

Poor and slow service. They completely ignore the fact that you are waiting at the till and continue to chat with your girlfriends when they KNOW you are there. They answer in a sarcastic and disparaging way. Among other things, was met with the comment: do you really need mayonnaise when you 're going to have chicken curry? and then she laughed derisively. Not good :

I think the service varies a lot. sour and grumpy are they. in good Norwegian... but hyn young blonde. smiling and doing the best she can!!
