Subway - Kitchener

My family and I have been regulars at this Subway for quite some time now. Honestly, we don't even consider going anywhere else when we are near home.

I typically don't write reviews for chain restaurants like Subway (how high can your expectations be?), but I have been frequenting this particular location for a few years now and it has been driving me crazy. After a change in ownership, the quality of this place has significantly declined. The employees are consistently rude, the floors are always filthy, and it seems like they are frequently out of essential items such as bread or certain meats. Despite its convenience for me as it is located near my home and perfect for a quick meal on the go, the overall experience has become such a hassle that I can no longer rely on convenience alone.
