Today is the last day I am coming here. AGAIN they forgot my fries and drink. How hard is it to remember the sides to a order.Ordered a box meal and also a plant based meal didn't get my drink or fries.lady confirmed my drink I wanted at the speaker ordered a small fry absolute miracle I even got that Shane on me for only noticing once I got home.But..Should I really have to constantly remind the staff at this location to pay attention or did they want more pay raises for poor work ethic. Mayne if this happened once or twice it would be okay.. but it's too many time. Not sorry for writing this as you can see how bad the other reviews are too.

I keep giving this location a chance but its just not good. Whats going on with the gravy??? It's never consistent and either really dark or runny, and never has any taste to it. Kfc gravy used to be thick and light in color years ago, and it was perfectly salted. Now it's got a completely different taste. It completely ruins the poutine.

They now have a TIP screen on the running gear so that they physically grab the machine and go through the tilt options. I have an FAST-FOOD tormenting. no waitress, no delivery, his journey through window! What do I tip the proposed 30% for the journey from deep frit to window!? I don't want you to have a love story.

They warned us in the 90s that the new chicken-caged would lead their chicken-farms to tiny, unsatisfactory pieces. they were right. the prices have risen, the pieces have gone down. there is no reason that a thigh piece should be smaller than a wing. 1 to 1 to the top leg. unacceptable. look mary browns. their pieces are exemplary, tasty, juicy, worth the price.

We go regularly now because of their hot and spicy plant-based chicken sandwich. It was so close to the real deal that we had a hard time when we actually compared them.
