Chuck's Roadhouse - Kitchener

Been to a number of Chucks in the KW and Cambridge, Guelph areas with two buddies and this is the first one that we all agreed was not to our liking. Service was good but the food sucked and the orders were not what we asked for. Oh and portions have really shrunk with pricing going up.

Had an amazing dinner with our family. Food was amazing, atmosphere was good. We had a waitress, Madison who was very friendly, always smiling and making sure we had everything we need.

Food was amazing, we ordered the wings and ribs and chicken club sandwich, with the spindip app. Our server Madison was super nice and attentive! We will definitely be coming back.

Have been to several chuck 's so many times before but went there on saturday evening and it was a very bad experience. There was a brown guy waiter with beard(nothing personal i am brown and have beard too) there who came at our table and was very rude and unaware of what he was saying. First time being asked to show ID in all the chucks i have been. my parents who came from abroad are old had the ID from back home, but this guy refused it and was asking to get a passport! We asked for a manager to speak to and he said he was the manager. We asked his name and he said ' i don 't feel safe to give you me name '. Seriously, this guy was so out of his mind.We felt so disgusted at the behavior.Asked him to call the owner or else we are leaving.He went and got the owner who came straight to us and we explained about the situation and he immediately apologized about it and advised that the guy was wrong as it 's only the rule to ask someone 's ID if they don 't look 35 or more.It was a very bad experience and hope this guy don 't do that with other people who will just leave the place and waste their plans.

We used to come here all the time and had great service. The last 3 times we have had the worst service. I kept thinking it was an off day. Today was the last straw. We sat for the longest time and no one came to see us. We walked out. And they also need to stop watering down their Caesar mix. Just awful.
