Boston Pizza - Kitchener

I have been to this Boston Pizza 4 times for lunch and after dinner drinks. The service has only been acceptable once. The last lunch I had took over 20 minutes to arrive and was cold. When I sent it back they just threw the cactus chips back in the fryer to re-heat and they came back like black potato chips. The bar was empty when I went to pay the bill and I had to looking for someone after 10 minutes. I will not give them another chance.

Convenient location to meet up with friend coming from Waterloo while I travelled from London to Toronto.Very attentive wait staff. Recommendations all worked with satisfaction including Thai chicken bites, calamari, wings and beet/peach salad. Not too busy on this Friday night. Convenient gas stations close by if you need to gas up before travelling on. Costco, Home Depot and other shopping all within blocks.

I haven't wavered much off their pizza menu. They make great meatetarian pizzas. Lots of sizes and lots to drink to wash it down with.

I visited with my 3 children and I on a day off outing. I had a male server, he was really polite and helped my children and I choose great meals. We will return!

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for 8 years, but unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in the quality of service over the past year.
