Mcdonald's - Kissimmee

Great location near the resort, and the staff is nice and friendly!

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at McDonald's, where the service was not only quick but also friendly. They managed to get our large order completely right, which is quite rare. We ordered through the app, which eliminated the first window from the equation, likely contributing to their perfect accuracy. This McDonald's must be very busy, considering its location across from Orange Lake.

All going well until the server brought our food and then she tipped hot coffee on to a 3 year old and 11 year old. The 3 year got a free toy for the stress cause. Didn't even get any sort of refund.

After waiting in line for an hour and finally reaching the drive-thru menu at 12:54, we saw customers ahead of us shouting at the window. They were frustrated because they had been waiting, only to find out that the restaurant was closed. I asked the manager at the window, Cindy, why she had customers—and hungry kids—waiting in a line that was closed. She replied that she thought her team had informed everyone that they were closing. I noticed Cindy around 12:40 making sure the doors were locked from the inside. At that point, she could have easily told everyone that they wouldn't be serving customers since they were closing early.
