Carmen's A little Taste of Italy

Eating here is not good. I'm being pulled here quite often because of work events etc., and I always leave unhappy. the personal is untrained and rude. For example, there is always an alpt room to share a bill, even for just one table of 4. once you want to split you, huff her and puff and just give you a calculator, just with outrage to say that you would ask something like that, and then there is that eating. best is an under-average pub meal, and quite often it is inedible. two remarkable experiences include raw chickens that I politely called the manager?(to let them know that mine was raw. she took it back and then the chef came out and showed me a piece of her rohen huhn trying to explain it was “healed”. first, super rude and embarrassing to do this in a packed restaurant while I sit there with my wife. and second, I am not an idiot. I know when this is raw. pasta ragu just recently went back with a small group. the ragu pasta almost made me sick. the flesh was not at all presumed and adorned metallic and bruised. it was chewing and alleviating, and the pasta was muddy as usual. also the wine glasses were tacky outside. I just don't get why there are so many reviews that prove good things. I remember. for the first years they were open, they brought Tripadvisor cards after their meal and waited for them to fill it out before them, and asked them to give it five stars. never again hopeful.

I waited for the line to book a table for 10 people. I was asked to wait and someone would be short with me. I heard the same recorded message again and again at the point. After 15 minutes I couldn't hear that voice message anymore. if they ask the people to hold and wait, I think 15 minutes is reasonable, and after listening to the same recorded message maybe play it once or twice, then music would be a far better option, I have hung up 3 times and got the same dizziness so that I give up.

What a fabulous restaurant, a delightful staff and a menu that includes all traverse requests. my wife and I traveled to most continental world and would evaluate the experience in the top 5 places to dine. well done team! we look forward to it. to eat here if we go next time about sweet garry and sarah

We really enjoyed the atmosphere. delicious arancini balls and made home sticky date pudding with gelato. also for all age groups and families.

We went with my parents. We had a lovely time. Generous serves of delicious food. Attentive, but not pushy staff.
