Spyke's -b-que - Kingsland

I stopped from a long haul from Washington State. Orders 3 lbs Brisket, 5 links regular sausage and 5 links jalapeno sausage. My wife ordered 9 ribs and 2 whole Cobblers. Everything was fantastic. We have been sitting in the restaurant a little while talking to the owners before we continue our trip to Key West Florida. This place was soooo good we plan to make the way back to reload on our way back to Washington State.

I bought a pound of pancakes on Friday. The meat wasn't even cut. It was just big pieces. The meat was fat and slim. I can't believe the guy who cut the meat sold this to me. I threw everything away. So sad because the time before the bride was great. Second thoughts go back. There are now HEB?

Small wood smoke filled smell of BBQ place. Great cut brisket sandwich with 2 sides. Mac Chez remembers how my grandmother did it? Cheesy cheesy Mac and chez. And the potato salad is mouthwater. Miss this Tx BBQ disc hidden in Kingsland.

We had 30 people at our event. We ordered brisket, chicken and sausage. Spikes had done it in time and it was all very good, I ordered 10# Brisket 6 half chickens and 3# sausage, would have ordered more sausages that it was favored. The staff was very helpful and polite. A very good experience and a great meal.

I purchased BBQ for 12 adults and 7 kids. It was all outstanding. Brisket just melt in your mouth. The ribs, chicken and sausage were fabulous. Some of the best cole slaw and potato salad ever purchased from a bbq restaurant. There was not one issue or problem with the food or order!
