Sonic Drive-in - Kingman

Gone twice 2x 1st time, know one took order after 30 minutes . Poor service.

Never have I ever had such a bad experience ordering fast food. This place seriously went down hill. I ordered popcorn chicken and a burger. The chicken was cold !! But that’s not even the big issue here. The lady that was working drive thru was extremely rude to the other worker (male) he handed her the wrong bag by accident and she started being so rude to him right in front of the customers! Absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate. She has 0 team work skills and not only is she rude to the people she works with but she’s rude to the customers as well. Sonic if you want to be better then do better. I’ve never gotten my food handed to me cold and I’ve never seen someone treat people they work with like that in front of customers.

I love Sonic! Their cheese burgers are SO good and their drinks are amazing, of course their desserts are amazing as well. I like that you can either do drive thru or drive in and I don't think I've ever had bad service there. Also if they mess up your order their quick to fix it. I definitely recommend this place!

Great food delicious beverages and accidentally put onions on my hot dog and they literally just gave me another one free of charge great customer service ?

This is one of the better sonics I've been too. The food has always been prepared correctly and seems fresh. Burgers are warm, slushes and shakes are frosty NOT half melted like some other sonics I've been too. And all the employees I've encountered are super friendly.Parking: Multiple drive in stalls.Kid-friendliness: Good kid options on the kid menu. In my opinion maybe slightly overpriced for what they are but it is what it is.
