Moe's Pizza - Kilgore

Well yesterday was the last time we will order. We have ordered from Moe's a handful of time , say 6 to 8. Many times we end up with the wrong order. Even though the person reads it back to us. Since the pizza was delicious, and he always fixed the issue we continued to order food from here. Only one time did it leave us in a bind where we didn't have enough food to feed people. Grabbed a bag of salad, and chips, and salsa no biggie. Yesterday though, yesterday was different. Not only did my husband come home with a medium pizza instead of a large, but it was very, very greasy. Plus the pizza we ordered was supposed to have mush, and onions. It did not. I called for the 4th time in to please charge me appropriately. He said made you a medium, I charged you for a medium. Kinda snarky. Normally he is very nice, and fixes it. Thing is if a medium was $16, tortellini was $7, even with tax where do you get $28? Am I wrong? Plus we paid for 2 extra toppings that were not on there. The owner wasn't even apologetic. He didn't think it was a big deal. Well it was, because we had extra people here, and had raved about the food. It just wasn't good this time. I worked in restaurants for 25 years, so I'm normally very forgiving. The guy wasn't even sorry headed us the wrong size. Sorry this time we won't be goiback.
