Starbucks - Key West

Extremely disappointing service and attitudes. Local Franchise, not corporate. Overstafed and underdelivered. I've patronized every Starbucks in the keys with horrible results. Then I found out most are franchised locations, not worthy of the starbucks reputation. Everything is price gouged by 30+

This is a great Starbucks location! I was able to order from the app to pick up my oatmilk chai and then just chill in the outdoor seating for awhile watching this pair of chickens as they were obviously looking to see if anyone would drop any breakfast for them too haha.The inside was small but cute and had several chairs and tables for hanging out in too and the service was great.

Very festive place. I got my order back really fast. Everyone was wearing x-mas hats. Overall really good.?Parking: Took 5 mins to find parking.

Went into this location to order breakfast and a drink since we stayed at the hotel next door. While I was waiting to pay for my order, the cashier noticed I do not have the Starbucks rewards app, then they pulled out their phone to scan their personal rewards, trying to hide it from my view. I do not appreciate them trying to benefit themselves from my order and trying to hide it. Very unlikely to visit this location again.

The parking is ridiculous and they took 15 min to fix a drink that I ordered on the app. Said it would be done in 6 min. Needs better staff. Morning of 10/31/23
