Roostica Wood-fire Pizzeria - Key West

Where have you been all my life? I routinely spend a month each season up the street at the Ocean's Edge Resort and Marina. On this occasion, I stumbled upon this place for Lunch. The Meatballs and Caesar Salad were amazing. Since I have returned for Lunches and Dinners and on more than one occasion brought others staying at the Resort. You can't go wrong with any of the authentic Wood-Fired Oven Pizzas. The Pastas are more reminiscent of my time in Italy than Key West.

Stock Island was really impressing me this trip. It was our last day on vacation and we stopped here for a late lunch. As soon as we walked up I knew we were in the right spot! The outside patio area was beautifully decorated. Super relaxing but at the same time fancy in an Italian way. The inside was equally pretty but we decided to make the most of the weather and sit outside. We did say that when we come back we want to sit by the wood fire oven to watch. Our waitress was friendly and helped us decide on what pizza to try. She gave us our space without ignoring or rushing us. We decided on the Italian ceasar salad and the Roostica pizza. Both were delicious!! The salad was fresh and the dressing was perfect. I loved the flavor of the crust and the sausage and roasted red peppers with the mushrooms was a great combination. I would order this again! Pizza was huge and definitely needed to be shared. Wished we could have tried other pizzas but that just means we have to come back! Can't wait to bring our teenagers when we visit this summer.

My favorite place to eat when I come home to the keys. Great service, amazing food and the Best Pizza in the entire area. The pizza are real wood fired to perfection!

Great service, delicious food and awesome atmosphere! Our new favorite Italian restaurant! We really enjoyed this gem of a place in Stock Island. Laney took great care of us. She was professional, polite and prompt. My husband ordered the Old Fashioned that was the best! I had a savory red wine . The chicken fettuccine and gnocchi were tasty and authentic! We'll be back again soon!

We went Roostica couple days ago. But unfortunately we were not happy. We ordered pizza, chicken wings, pizza was burned and we told our server Hoey and he told us all pizza comes like that. Come on it's burned. Wings was very dry. Anyway unfortunately experience was so bad i will never go there again which i am local I live in Key West. Some time food might not be good. But servic can cover but non of them was good in this restaurant.
