Warehouse 4 Coffee - Kettering

I first came to warehouse 4 last weekend and it was great! very good coffee. the personal is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. nothing beats authentic coffee! my wife and I will be back.

Cute and courteous employees who are serious about making a big cup of coffee or tea for them. sitting possibilities inside and outside. gluten-free sweets also offered. beautiful coffee house. on this special day I got lavender tee and a raspberry Lavender shot. delicious!

Nice menu selection and great options for various diets. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It has a drive through, which they kept moving very well.

Warehouse 4 Coffee is one of my favorite coffee in the Dayton area. The food drinks at this location are great and spot on to their original location in Vandalia. The reason I’m choosing to give 3 stars for this location is the staff is rude every time I go. Each time I go, everyone who took my order would look at me with a blank face and seem upset to be there. One day I waited in the drive through for 15 min to get my food (no one in front of me). And when the guy opened the door to hand me my order, he threw the bag at me, said ‘here you go’ and closed the doors to the drive through so fast before I could blink. I’m willing to wait for food here, because it’s worth it, but I wasn’t exactly expecting that customer service after waiting so long for one sandwich and a latte.. I will not be coming back here because of the staff. I will continue to go to the Vandalia location for the staff is always super friendly and hard working.

I went in to grab a mocha in the morning. The little woman covered in tattoos working there had a huge attitude with me for no reason.I ordered a mocha to go and I guess someone else before me did too.When she called out a large Mocha I went to grab it and she got very rude with me saying it wasn't mine and made a big stink about it.So after that I left without even getting my mocha. It was a lesson learned and I will never return or recommend this place.Maybe warehouse 4 should take names for orders so this may never happen to someone else.
