Dunkin' - Kent

I love coming to this place. Everyone’s always very nice and the place is always clean. I love coming here and doing my homework while drinking coffee.

Terrible service they never answer the phone so make sure they give you everything you pay for because they definitely won't and they obviously don't care since they don't answer the store phone extremely

Coffee has always been great here, employees are nice, and good spots to sit down at. Also when I got a donut here it was super good and fresh!

Always fast, friendly, and quality service. Although they may occasionally get busy there great at keeping up with the customer flow and assuring to get people there drinks or food quick and efficiently.Parking: Gets a little crowded during busy hours.

The Rootstown crew rocks!!! Always so friendly, efficient, and always smiling! We have been going here for years and I couldn't say enough good things about this Dunkin. Fresh donuts, hot food, clean and the hospitality is awesome! Keep up the good work!!!
