Super fast drive through service and made the order exactly right!

Food Was good. Service good. Place was messy and sticky.

I typically order the Wings Things, but this time I decided to try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It wasn't overly spicy, but it certainly had a nice kick to it. The seasoning on the fries is fantastic; I wish there was more of it. If you're in the mood for a tasty dipping sauce and enjoy some heat, I highly recommend trying the Tongue Torch. It’s a more flavorful take on buffalo sauce.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ethel, a lovely young lady who is one of the managers at the restaurant. Like many, I'm a fan of Zaxby's food, but I have some very specific food allergies that can be triggered by seemingly random items. I decided to share my concerns about ordering certain dishes with her, if she had the time to listen. Ethel was incredibly personable and didn't roll her eyes at me once during our conversation—a rarity with teenage food service staff! She truly listened, despite the machines beeping and demanding her attention during the busy lunch rush. Thank you, Ethel! I now feel confident ordering from your menu without risking my health.

I recently tried the new sandwich from Zaxby's, and I thought it was quite delicious. My only issue was that I ordered the spicier version but received the tasty regular one instead, so I had to add some Tongue Torcher sauce to kick it up a notch. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu items, which was a nice touch.
