Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Kennesaw

If the store needs to be closed for a few days, add it to Google so people don’t plan their dinners around it then drive there only to find you closed “ For a few days “

Came in to only 1 couple in the restaurant. only one customer in front of me in line. Spent 20 minutes in line waiting as the cashier was ringing people up and making their orders before ringing next person. Not his fault restaurant was understaffed but definitely needs to communicate with customers there will be a wait for service. Spent half my lunch break in line only to be told “just a minute” and turn his back again. Prices are also very high for them to always be out of menu items and for lack of service/staff.

If you like BBQ and real southern tastin sides then this is the place to go . The brisket is amazing. Lots of flavors ?. And the young gentleman behind the counter had southern hospitality. I will be back for the spuds !

They were out of a lot of things. I ordered a rack of ribs and received no bbq sauce. I wanted two potatoes which I was glad to see back on the menu but could only get one. They were out of French fries! It was a disappointing experience!

Was just alright. BBQ was a bit crunchy, didn't have texture of good quality meat. Or maybe it was just burnt. Sauce flavor is Carolina BBQ style. Service was ok. Got it Togo.
