The Nonantum Resort - KENNEBUNKPORT

Our first time dining here. I kind of expected Mother's Day brunch to be a bit busy and noisy, but i didn't expect the service to be dreadful when server expectation is drink orders and plate clearing. The initial cocktail order was placed and brought, but we asked 3x for water that never came.; I got it it myself at the waitress station. Our plates piled up on our table and iIended up moving them to an open table near us. I thought the food was very good and they do a nice job keeping up the Nonantum spirit/tradition, but the service was nonexistent.

I brought my Mom on Mother's Day and it was such a special experience. The resort is absolutely stunning, the people are incredibly kind and go over the top to ensure a great experience and the food is unbelievably good! Highly recommend visiting The Nonantum Resort

Wicker-style seats were not something I expected from a location of this caliber. The seats were very uncomfortable and seemed cheap. The food was mostly good, but several things were dry because they were sitting out too long. More drink options (non-alcoholic) would have been appreciated. Pancake/Waffle Bar would have been a hit instead of premade pancakes sitting in a chafing dish. Overall it was ok. However, I believe I will explore other options in the future.

We spent over 400 dollars with our family for bfast with Santa and were rushed through our bfast. We got there at 11 am and had to ask for someone to bring drinks. No one directed us to go up to the buffet until we asked. Within 40 mins of sitting down noon time) staff was picking up the room around us and our bill was placed on the table without even being asked if we wanted more drinks. We expected to be there at least 2 hours and have our grandson decorate cookies which was not out). This is absolutely unacceptable treatment for a family of 8 who are spending that much money to spend time together for an experience and memories and I think there should be compensation. We were very disappointed.

Breakfast with Santa Mrs. Claus was Magical. Such a fun morning filled with friendly service and Christmas spirit.
