Bagels-4-u Of Kenilworth

Bagels are great and most of the people are very nice however there's one young lady there who always has an attitude is not very nice. I am always nice..say good morning and thank you and she just gives this look of i dont want to be here and says nothing back. Not sure why they allow her to be like that to customers. There are plenty of bagel places in the area. Its rude so I will not be going back to this location.

The people who answer the phone should take a basic customer service course and also turn down the attitudes. You can’t understand or hear them on the phone, to much background noises and yelling. very frustrating experience.After reading the reviews seems to be a common experience. With so many breakfast options in the area, you would think they would try to do better… Good bagels though, which is the only reason for 3 stars.

Great bagels! Definitely recommend ordering ahead of time on the weekends a Monday holiday (there usually open) but one whoa I have is that even tho you order for p/u you still have to wait on line, there is no pick up area. Upside at least it’s ready once you get to the front of the line.

Best bagels!!! This is my go to bagel shop. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

GREAT BAGELS. NEED TO GET BETTER HELP THAT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH THOUGH. CHECK YOUR ORDER AS THEY HAVE MESSED MY ORDER UP TWICE.
