Who is not satisfied here is looking. Very polite and accommodating staff. Clean and well maintained. Restaurant is highly recommended. The 3 stars are deserved.

We were a group of 54 people (Birnauer Kantorei) and had 3 nights with half board in the hotel. In addition, we had a meeting room for samples. The accommodation was excellent and the breakfast and half board buffet excellent! There were no wishes left and extra requests were met immediately. Great and friendly service, both at the reception and the service staff. The agreements and organisations in advance were smooth. There were no complaints within the group and all were super relaxed and happy in this wonderful house. It is definitely recommended from our site unconditionally!

Great, clean and modern rooms. The selection at breakfast is great and the food tastes very good in the morning as well as in the evening. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

We had a great girl weekend. Great praise and thanks to the entire team. Beautiful, modern, clean room. Pleasant Ruhr. Super delicious dinner and breakfast. Very friendly staff... We felt very good and will definitely come back.

If a room is available then this hotel is always my first choice. Top service in all matters such as eating sleep and comfort.
